3. Platform Use

  • Search and discover genAI products.
  • Use personalized search tools.
  • Access third-party developer products.
  • View and share feedback/reviews.

3.2 Prohibited Use

  • Violation of any laws or regulations.
  • Harm, harassment, or threats to others.
  • Unauthorized system access attempts.
  • Unauthorized reproduction of content.

4. Third-Party Products

Developers are solely responsible for the content and functionality of their products. By using these, you agree to the specific developer's terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform technology and design are owned by huby. You do not acquire ownership rights to any third-party content viewed here.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. huby DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL huby BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM.
